You upload one unit file in front of us, we generate items already linked to the outcome at a set difficulty — and you review them the way an instructor would.

We run a real assessment
A short assessment with randomized draws and instant scoring, showing the integrity layer and exactly what it records and does not record.

We show the item analysis
Facility and discrimination per item from the real responses, distractor analysis, and how an unwell item surfaces before it affects a decision.

We export the attainment report
The report as the system produces it, documented with threshold, method and framework version — not as a slide describes it.
Who should attend
One meeting is enough if all three attend. If the IT director is absent, expect a second one.
IT director
The one who holds the veto: data residency, integration, permissions and audit trails. Their absence means a second meeting.
One instructor
The person who will use it daily. Their view of the authoring screen decides adoption more than any management presentation.
What we need from you beforehand
None of these is mandatory, but each raises the value of the session noticeably. If nothing is available we demonstrate on sample data.
One unit file
A PDF or Word file of one unit from a real course. This alone raises the value of the session more than anything else.
Course outcomes, if you have them
Learning outcomes as they appear in the specification, even if incomplete. If they are not ready we work from provisional skills.
Ten items from your current bank
So we can show import triage and duplicate detection on your own items rather than on sample data.
